I started baking with my grandmother(Nanny) when I was a little girl. She would always have fresh made chocolate chip cookies on hand or her famous pound cake. I would sit with my grandparents and watch food network after I came home from school. My grandfather (Pop-pop) loved Emeril, so when he was over we would watch him. When my grandmother was over, we would watch Barefoot Contessa, she loved her, or The Golden Girls of course.  Since I can remember I have always loved to bake. I would cook and bake for all my friends and family members, everyone always said I should open a bakery. Finally I took the leap and decided to go for it.
